Every watch build starts with a conversation between the watchmakers and their client to establish the vision for the finished piece. While each Edition of Project 248 is built around a specific technical formula, we work with our clients to create a watch as unique as their owner, offering a range of custom options for the dial, engraving, and colourways. All our watches are strictly made to commission. Over the years, this has allowed us to incorporate a range of different personal details and secret messages.

Once a build starts, it typically takes up to 18 months from beginning to end. During this time we maintain contact with the commissioner and send photos and workshop updates as we pass key stages in the production process.
