Our jam packed week in Australia with two talks, workshop visits, and a collector’s meeting was a huge success. The skills and passion we saw were incredibly inspiring. We were treated to a tour of the Watch & Clock School of Western Australia which was founded by a local watchmaker at his workshop to address skills shortages and was one of the highlights. We’re incredibly grateful to the Master Watch and Clockmakers of Western Australia and the Watch & Clockmakers of Australia in Sydney for taking such good care of us.
Our new streamlined production is allowing us to focus our attention on our in-house model, but we also hope it will allow us to travel a little more, share our watchmaking, and meet more of our clients and supporters around the world. Finding such wonderful enthusiasm for what we do on the other side of the world was a humbling and heartwarming experience.
