Struthers in the Press

Around our watchmaking this year will see plenty more press appearances.

Coming up we also have articles in the Telegraph, another BBC Radio 4 documentary in the works and Rebecca’s first children’s book which uses watchmaking to teach curriculum science and history out with Dorling Kindersley in August.

We feel privileged to be starting the year with so many opportunities to share our work with worldwide audiences already lined up.

We’ve started January with our first appearance on “The World’s Number 1 Watch Podcast” Scottish Watches. In this episode Rebecca talks about Struthers Watchmakers’ Stella project that won them the Lonmin Design Innovation Award, their piece unique for Watches of Switzerland, and the focus on the in-house caliber in Project 248.

We’re also pleased to share an interview from the Brazilian YouTube channel “Relógios Sem Fronteiras“. In late 2024, Rebecca and host Trevor Landolt talk about the process of creating handcrafted watches. Rebecca also talks about her book Hands of Time. Listen to explore how horology has shaped cultures and remains a timeless art.

We recommend changing the audio settings on the YouTube video to ‘default – Portuguese (Brazil) to remove the auto dubbing.
