This month we were selected for the Heritage Crafts Association’s President’s Award, a grant which we’ll be using to start an educational website for watchmakers.
The Watchmakers’ Café will be a friendly, social, free-to-use site which will welcome practising watchmakers at all stages in their careers to further their skills and share their craft.
There will be a Café members’ forum, articles by established watchmakers, a reference library and educational videos put together a small team of practitioners from a diverse range of backgrounds and approaches to the industry.
The project has been started by watchmakers Craig & Rebecca Struthers with the generous support of the Heritage Crafts Association’s President’s Award selected by the HCA President – HRH The Prince of Wales.
